Billing is automatically prorated so you are only charged for what you use in the current cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payments for accounts in Türkiye are processed through [PayTR](https://www.paytr.com), a leading Turkish payment infrastructure provider. International payments are handled by [Paddle](https://www.paddle.com) as the merchant of record, which manages VAT, GST, and local tax compliance across 200+ countries. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

For accounts in Türkiye, cancellations and refunds are governed by our [Refund Policy](https://www.enaspace.com/en/legal/refund) in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law (6502). What does "per-cycle quota" mean for SMS notifications?

SMS notifications are not yet available in EnaBed. When outbound SMS launches, billing cycles will follow your EnaSpace subscription anchor date. Security and transactional messages will not count against operational quotas.

Facility hierarchy, room management, and basic occupancy dashboard are included in every plan from day one. There are no per-module fees or hidden feature gates. Plans differ in capacity (buildings, units, rooms, beds, team members, departments), bed search, live updates, analytics depth, CSV export, and audit log retention (3, 5, or 7 years).
