Occupancy tracking

EnaBed tracks available vs occupied counts at building, unit, room, and bed level. The overview dashboard highlights units with high cleaning queues, many reserved beds, or occupancy above thresholds.

Audit history

Every bed status change is appended to the HMAC-SHA256 audit chain with timestamp, user, and before/after values. Compliance teams can verify chain integrity and export records.

Analytics

Professional and Enterprise plans include advanced analytics: utilization trends, CSV export, and cross-building comparisons.

External alerts (roadmap)

Outbound webhooks and SMS alerting for capacity thresholds are on the EnaBed roadmap. Today, operators rely on live WebSocket sync in the admin panel and CSV export for downstream reporting.
